Google Pay wallets are now compatible with Crypto.com. In addition, through its payment app, consumers now have the option of completing in-app purchases on their screens more quickly using a credit or debit card.

Customers can benefit from this new service as long as a debit/credit card is connected to G-Pay.

The user must first choose to buy from the trade option on the homepage in order to use this service. The G-Pay button can then be found after the cash tab. A checkbox and a disclaimer about the user’s individual card processing fees will appear after clicking it. Finally, the user must select “Continue” and “Confirm” after agreeing.

Users can use the Crypto.com app to buy up to 250+ cryptocurrencies available at the exchange after entering their google pay information in the app.

Due to its quick and straightforward approach to making payments on websites, in applications, and stores, they had already launched this Google Pay functionality in May.

The latest payment gateway to cryptocurrency markets might be used by Google Pay’s over 100 million projected users.

Over the past two years, there has been an increase in the integration of effective payment systems into platforms for cryptocurrency wallets and exchanges. By appointing former PayPal executive Arnold Goldberg to lead their payments division in January 2022, Google Pay sent a clear indication that it intended to further investigate the cryptocurrency industry.

This occurred after a busy 2021 for Google Pay and the cryptocurrency industry, which saw the same capabilities offered via the connection with Gemini in April as it does today by Crypto.com. In addition, users were able to utilise their Coinbase Card to make purchases through Google Pay in June 2021 because of cooperation with Coinbase.

In October 2021, Google Pay partnered with Bakkt, and in April 2022, Nexo announced Google Pay integration with the introduction of its Mastercard-backed cryptocurrency cards.

Recently, Organismo Agenti e Mediatori in Italy granted Crypto.com regulatory approval, allowing it to offer its goods and services there. This clearance comes after comparable permits in Dubai, Singapore, and Greece.
